This Privacy Policy describes how StrikerRx ("we", "us") and LumifyMD, our technology provider, collect, use, and protect information through the StrikerRx Group Order Portal (the "Portal").
Information We Collect
- Account information — clinic name, contact name, email, phone, NPI, and credentials.
- Order information — products, quantities, shipping addresses, and order history.
- Patient information — names, dates of birth, and medication details submitted on patient lists. This information may constitute Protected Health Information ("PHI") under HIPAA.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser, and session activity necessary to operate and secure the Portal.
How We Use Information
- To process, fulfill, and document group pharmacy orders.
- To maintain account security, detect fraud, and comply with law.
- To provide customer support and operational communications.
- To improve the Portal's reliability and user experience.
Sharing of Information
We share information only with: (a) StrikerRx personnel involved in fulfilling your order; (b) our service providers under appropriate confidentiality and Business Associate Agreements; and (c) law enforcement or regulators when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Data Security
We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention
We retain order and prescription records for the period required by applicable pharmacy and recordkeeping laws. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes.
